How do I get my prescription?

Have your insurance card read once a quarter in the practice or alternatively call your health insurance company and the practice will receive a fax from the health insurance company.

Prescriptions:
Your doctor will prescribe you an e-prescription and store it securely in the telematics infrastructure (TI).

The insurance card only serves as a key to allow the pharmacy access to the TI service.

You can place prescription orders as long as they are repeat prescriptions.

The order can be picked up/redeemed within 24 hours at the latest during opening hours.

Private prescriptions (e.g. pills, special services - prescriptions that you have to pay for yourself):
Prescription can only be picked up in the practice. It will be prepared when the form below is filled out
